What is Serenity Star and how is it different?
Serenity Star is an enterprise GenAI ecosystem that lets you build, govern and scale AI agents. It combines no‑code design, developer APIs/SDKs, multi‑LLM support and enterprise governance in one platform.
Which AI models/providers are supported?
Multiple providers including Anthropic Claude 3, Azure OpenAI (GPT‑4 Turbo), Groq (Gemma, Llama 2/3), plus OpenAI, Google, Together, Mistral and Hugging Face. Choose models per use case for speed, cost and quality.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions define features; usage consumes credits (tokens, evals, fine‑tuning). You can top up manually or enable Auto Recharge with a threshold and target balance via Stripe payment methods.
What agent types can I create?
Assistants (conversational), Activity agents (single task), Copilots (UI callbacks), Chat completion agents (streaming chat), Proxy agents (forward to external services) and virtual teams for orchestration.
How do I add knowledge (RAG)?
Upload files or website URLs on the Knowledge tab. Content is chunked, embedded and indexed. You can view/edit sections, schedule reprocessing and version changes per agent draft/published version.
Can I collect structured data during chats?
Yes. Use Forms to define fields and instructions. The agent guides users to complete them. Submissions can be viewed/exported and are accessible via the Forms API endpoints.
How do I integrate via API?
Create a conversation then call execute with the chatId. Include your API key or bearer token. SDKs and a web chat widget/React component are available for quick embedding.
How do I ensure quality and improve agents?
Use Agent Quality Studio to run test plans, automate evaluation, and analyze failures. Iterate on prompts, knowledge and skills; re‑run and compare historical results.
What about security, compliance and deployment?
Metacontrol, allowed domains, audit logs and quotas provide governance. Deploy in SaaS, private cloud or on‑prem. Follow Responsible AI guidelines for data protection and moderation.
